I made this image following a tutorial in the Computer Arts Magazine issue 119 (Feb).
The photo and some of the textures were given on a CD, and it took me through how to put it all together, add colour effects and how to get the most out of the layer blending options.
I'm boring so I didn't come in costume to the end or term Christmas
concert, but here are two of my outrageous firends! Click the images to
see a pic of who there meant to be, but you'll have probably guessed by then:
Not long left now! I am getting a new PC, or saving my money and
getitng one soon >.< So I can play games and run Photoshop better,
MORE POWER!
Anyhoo I havn't updated the galler section for awhile so I will get
round to doing that asap and also post some new photo's I've taken at
Formby Point, here's one to wet you appetite:
I did it with a pen while bored in school, so nah, its not real, but I
took some pictures incase I or somebody else wanted it tattooed
someday... So what do ya think?
It is the best goddam cgi film ever made,
from the
fight sequences to the rain effects, everything is perfectly coordinated with the
smoothest movements I have ever seen. Every strand of hair and cloth moves
perfectly taking into account the wind and character movement. At some points in the movie
you wonder if they had switched to film, but no, everything is computer
generated.
And don’t forget the sound! You could feel the
roar of clouds motorbike engine as an epic fight raged travelling at
130mph along a motorway
So yhea, I have ordered and xbox, a 200HB hard drive and an
attachment for my PC that allows me to watch Free-View TV and play the
xbox through my laptop screen. Should be good! I will post some pics
once its all set up!
I have begun work on my webcomic for TCKC
and the first issue should soon be up (Due October 24th), so I will
post and link to the finished comic...
I hope to change the site
once more (Only minor changes to the design, layout should look pretty
much the same as before) with some new graphics and logo. It shall be
named version 4, since the current version is 3.1, which is a silly
number...
I am in the middle of my Year 11 Work Experience and it it great! No School! And my birthday is on sunday, so nothing bad there. I have been working on a website for the company my Dad works for with a graphic designer. Its coming along great and I will link the the finished site when it is complete (Or there-a-bouts)...
Work on DBI when I get some spare time... Hopefuly Soon!
